The One Reason, why your here!
I'm a graphic designer and a music producer and the only way I get my work down is a multitude of different ways of eating and fasting, meditation and exercise. it's not rigorous by any means.
It's actually very fun with all the checks and balances and making sure my weight is a certain amount and pushing a certain amount of weight in the gym and so on.
Well, it is the third line and you are probably ready to X this tab and go back to your cat videos , well I can't stop you so goodbye.
Because I'm not here to show you some path, I'm not here to tell you " this way to the magical kingdom in your mind."
I'm here to tell you what I do/what I did, my experiences and how I learned my path and maybe you can experiment and learn your own path to what ever you may want.
I'm not going to give you tips and tricks on eating right and how to be a better person, I'm merely going to give you common sense advice that most should already know but probably don't follow.
Maybe a story here and there that you may find interesting and a bit of motivation you may need during the day.
What I'm also going to do is talk to you. Most people who study or even get a bit of meditation information feel they are the closest thing to Nirvana and on the way out of the cycle of reincarnation (Buddhism) but many fail to realise that they are really not high and mighty they are people like you and me who have just found the better my fluid way of living.
So here the deal, you come back once a week or check my twitter for my post and we talk like regular people before the internet happened, or not, but really my aim is to get you to see the world outside the shit the boredom and the repetitiveness and learn more about yourself.
If you don't want to stay your welcome to leave at any time but I will be here saying what I feel is right and if you have a problem with that YOU BETTER COMMENT AND SAY WHAT IT IS so I can hear your ideas and what you think.
Okay, that's all for me, there is traffic to get home and I need to get some sleep 18 hour days need to stop sometime and while the coffee is good sleep is needed.
